Warranty Policy

We strongly recommend that your Christmas lights be taken down after each holiday season because of the reasons outlined here. However, we understand that some people like to enjoy them year round. Please be aware that we do not warranty either the product or installation after Christmas eve. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the installation of your Christmas lights, or if any of the lights have stopped working properly or have come unclipped please notify us. We provide one complementary service call during the current holiday season (Oct – Dec 24th) to ensure that your lights are looking terrific for the holidays. It is the client’s responsibility to bring any issues with product, installation or billing to our attention in a timely matter so that it can be addressed immediately.
